Indiana is one of the top hamburger purchasing states in the Midwest region of the United States. The capital, Indianapolis, makes up about 16% percent of the state’s population. There are about 192 hamburgers eaten per capita annually. This is the 11thlowest in the country. Other than the usual suspects; McDonalds, Burger King, White Castle, Steak N Shake, and Wendy’s, there are very few gourmet burger joints in Indianapolis. Five Guys and the two Sonic locations in the city are very popular and just recently the Jack in the Box franchise has placed a location within the city. These new players are wildey popular, but are located is a way that is inaccessible to the whole of Indianapolis.
Data Flow Chart

Above is a basic flow chart that will be used in the Indianapolis market. I think this is similar to all data integration from the other locations that are already up and running. Starting from the customer ordering food, to the order and inventory being directly used to generate reports for management, this continuous flow of data will help us generate reports on how well the restaurant is performing.
Target Area

Above is a map of the known burger joints in the Indianapolis area. Notice that East of the 465 highways there are no burger joint to speak of. This would make a great area to place a location giving that community an option versus having to travel for their burger fix.
